Hello! Welcome to Cookie Creations by Steph! We are a bakery specializing in custom created cookies, cupcakes, and cakes perfect for any occasion. Officially located in Pulaski, we serve the entire greater Green Bay, WI area.
We are working under the Wisconsin Cottage Food Law which means that everything we bake comes straight out of our home kitchen which is not subject to inspection or permits. This also means that all of our baked goods may come in contact with many common allergens such as wheat, dairy, and nuts.
